Azeezat Samuel

Azeezat Samuel is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Nursing degree from Walden University and is board-certified through the ANCC. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She went on to her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Primary focus is treating clients ages 18 and older with mood disorders, PTSD, Anxiety through examination, medication management, and brief psychotherapeutic intervention.

She is committed to providing adults with high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health care. Azeezat has great clinical abilities that are complemented by a natural ability to connect with patients and families.

She adheres to evidence-based standards while also drawing on clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. Azeezat's position as a PMHNP is broad, including instructor and mental health advocate.
