Great to meet you!

Welcome! At Inner Solstice Therapy, I work with clients to uncover the patterns and relationship dynamics that no longer align with how they truly want to live.

My role is to empower you and work with you at your own pace, so you feel safe to explore and make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience with PTSD from domestic violence, combat/military experiences, and those who have experienced abuse. My speciality is in working with first responders and in processing the traumatic events that unfold in their lines of work.

Working from a trauma-informed perspective gives me a deeper understanding of how past experiences, childhood, and early conditioning shape the way we relate to the world today. My priority is to provide a safe space to process painful memories.

I also practice from a culturally informed lens, honoring the impact of cultural identity, and the complexities that come with navigating different cultural experiences.

What you can expect from me

In sessions, we’ll work together to understand where your patterns come from and gently shift them. As you build more self-awareness and learn new ways of thinking and responding, you’ll start to feel more confident making choices that feel right for you. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself - and more in control of your life.
