Welcome! I'm glad you're here and taking the time to learn more about me. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from Simmons College of Social Work. I specialize in helping individuals navigate relationships, improve communication, boundaries, and manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions.
My goal is to be part of your support team, offering a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work toward your goals.
My approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused. I am a team player and believe that, together, we can work toward the goals you set for yourself. The therapeutic process is collaborative and involves sharing ideas, exploring perspectives, and building on one another’s insights. While we work as a team, I will introduce therapeutic approaches and tools that can support your growth and help you move toward your goals. I will meet you where you are, support you at your own pace, celebrate your successes, and help you navigate challenges while building practical strategies for lasting change.
During our first session, I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, answer any questions you may have, and be transparent throughout the process. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard and respected.
Together, we will identify your goals and discuss how to achieve them. Depending on your needs, I may use charts, diagrams, or other visual tools to help explain concepts and provide a clearer understanding of the therapeutic process. I hope to make working with me a memorable, positive experience while supporting you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
