Great to meet you!

I am a queer, first-generation Sri Lankan American. My clients often experience anxiety that interferes with their performance at work, school, sports, or within personal relationships. While they have self-awareness, they may struggle to find the right tools to step into empowerment. Through a collaborative and direct approach, we work together to address core challenges, leading to tangible and meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate a range of evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), family systems therapy, art therapy, and traditional talk therapy. Each modality is research-supported to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.

What you can expect from me

I firmly believe in my clients' ability to cultivate fulfilling relationships, enhance self-worth, and improve overall well-being. If you are interested in exploring whether my approach is the right fit for you, I offer a free phone consultation and can also provide referrals if a different treatment path may better suit your needs.
