Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome! You are the true expert on your life, and it takes courage to seek help!

I began the mental health journey at California Lutheran University where I completed the master’s in science degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I have worked with families and individuals from different cultural backgrounds. Completed extensive work within the Latino community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My main approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I also work within other treatment options to find the approach that will be most effective for you as an individual.

My Mission: To make a more confident, stronger, and empowered human being. Allowing to move forward with their past, present and future life.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to deliver culturally sensitive approaches and techniques. I focus on inner-strength and self-exploration.

My goal is to create a respectful environment where you feel heard, understood. As well as be challenged to overcome ongoing obstacles by attaining a higher level of confidence. Be your own authentic, individual self.
