For the past ten years I have been helping people manage mental health issues. I have helped people to understand themselves, how they got where they landed and how to overcome the obstacles they feel are keeping them from moving forward. I have extensive experience working with adolescent placed in long term residential programs and their families. I have helped people find relief and healing from anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, psychosis, and extreme mood disorders.

What you can expect from our first session

Our initial session will be gathering information about you, what your concerns are, and creating a treatment plan. Clients I work with gain a healthier self-esteem, greater understanding of themselves, brighter outlook, and awareness of the strengths they posses to improve their lives.
