Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist who believes therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more confident moving forward. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone, and I would be honored to be part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their individual needs, strengths, and goals. I also have experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, goals, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll answer any questions you have and work with you to create a treatment approach that feels comfortable and meaningful. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—I’ll meet you where you are and we’ll take it one step at a time.
