Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina where I have been practicing since March of 2022. I graduated from Columbia International University in 2021 with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about walking with people through their most difficult moments/seasons and helping them achieve healing and growth. I specialize in the treatment of adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe an integrative approach to treatment is necessary to meet the various needs of each client. However, I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Adlerian frameworks most often in my sessions. During treatment, I will work to help you understand the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and empower you to challenge maladaptive thinking patterns and behaviors.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer compassionate care in a safe, judgement-free environment. I believe change happens when we have a safe place to be our authentic selves, process our pain, and make sense of our past experiences so that they might lose the power they have over us. From this point, we can start learning healthier and more effective ways to cope with the world around us.
