Great to meet you!
I work with people who are used to showing up, pushing through, and performing at a high level, even when something underneath does not feel quite right.
That perspective did not come from a textbook.
I started in performance, first as an opera singer navigating stage fright, and later as an elite endurance athlete. Somewhere along the way, it became clear that what interested me most was not just performance itself, but what was happening beneath it: the pressure, the patterns, and the ways people learn to cope in order to keep going.
That led me into music therapy, and eventually into deeper clinical training and social work, where I began focusing on eating disorders, trauma, and the mental demands of performance.
