Great to meet you!

I have been working as an LPC since 2015. I was fully licensed in 2018 and have been working with individuals since then. I really enjoy working with pre-teens, teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD, and those experiencing change or transitions in life. My master's degree is in clinical psychology. I am certified through Texas Tech in applied behavioral analysis.

My approach to therapy

When first meeting with a client, I like to start with a blank slate in terms of treatment modality or techniques. I use a very person centered approach to determine the strengths each client has that can be utilized in sessions through many different techniques and intervention types. I tend to always involve some aspect of behavior modification, either with CBT strategies or through mindfulness and solution focused methods.

What you can expect from me

With every session, I hope clients are able to leave my office feeling heard and seen. Whether it be through reaching major therapy goals or simply allowing the client to lead the session by discussing topics they deem the most pressing, I hope to provide space and time for each person to feel truly heard and understood.
