Bailey has embraced the journey of helping individuals impacted by trauma through her work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist initially in Georgia and now in New York. She has worked with families, couples, and individuals to address an array of life obstacles including depression, anxiety, domestic violence, incarceration, unemployment, child abuse and neglect, and racism. Helping clients arrive to their peace and wellness is her ultimate goal.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The primary approach is based in cognitive-behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy. Ensuring that an individual knows their strengths and gain skills to effectively navigate through their lives is the ultimate goal in therapy.
