Bailey Johnson

Bailey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia with a Master’s degree in Social Work and four and a half years of experience in social work and counseling. She creates a safe, private space where authentic, trusting relationships can grow and clients feel genuinely seen and supported. Bailey values understanding each client’s personality, interests, and passions to foster comfort, honesty, and meaningful connection.

Bailey is a Christian and recognizes that spirituality can be an important part of healing. She offers faith integrative support for clients who wish to incorporate it, however she remains respectful of each individual's beliefs and allows the client to lead with their values and comfort level.

Bailey believes mental health affects the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and overall quality of life. She meets clients where they are without judgment and values flexibility, patience, and collaboration in the therapeutic process. Bailey combines evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT with a practical, solution-focused approach, supporting clients as active participants in their healing and growth.

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where honesty and vulnerability are encouraged. Bailey focuses on creating comfort and safety while beginning to understand each client’s needs and goals. Early sessions are centered on building trust, establishing collaboration, and laying the foundation for healing at a pace that feels right for the client.
