Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bailey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with adolescents, adults, and families. I support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use, and a range of other concerns. Some people come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, while others want to understand themselves better and explore what’s been coming up for them. My approach is collaborative and grounded. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are, while gently helping you look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I draw from trauma-focused work, CBT, a psychodynamic lens, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible and centered around what you need in the moment. Some sessions may focus on processing and understanding deeper patterns, while others may be more focused on problem-solving and building tools you can use outside of the session. I tend to be direct but supportive, helping you look at things honestly without feeling judged. I pay close attention to the patterns that show up in your relationships, your thoughts, and how you respond to stress. Over time, the goal is to help you feel more aware, more grounded, and more confident in how you navigate challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming space where we start getting a sense of what brings you in and what you’re hoping for. I’ll ask some questions to understand your background, current concerns, and any goals you may have, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while also beginning to identify what feels most important to focus on. I also like to use this time for you to get a feel for me and how I work, since that connection matters. By the end of the session, we’ll usually have a clearer direction for where we’re going and what next steps might look like.
