Hi there, I'm Bailey, a clinical social worker out of Texas. I graduated from Texas State with my master's in social work in 2016. I have worked in different settings throughout my career including in-patient settings and out-patient settings. I'm very passionate about mental health and helping my clients reach their goals!

I use both mindfulness and CBT in my practice. I try to pull in meditative practices and more awareness of living in the present.
