Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bailey, a licensed clinical social worker in Texas. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Texas State University in 2016 and have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I’m passionate about mental health and strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. My goal is to help individuals navigate life’s challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I use both mindfulness and CBT in my practice. I try to pull in meditative practices and more awareness of living in the present.

What you can expect from me

I aim to meet clients where they are, whether we’re focusing on goal-setting, symptom relief, or deeper processing. I’m here to support and guide you throughout your journey. My therapeutic style is honest, open, and warm.
