Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Baily Nipabi, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering effective and accessible mental health solutions via telehealth. My practice is built on a foundation of extensive clinical experience and a robust educational background. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Tyler, following my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Rhode Island College. This comprehensive education ensures I provide expert diagnosis, medication management, and supportive therapies for a variety of psychiatric conditions.

I believe in a practical, patient-centered approach that utilizes evidence-based practices to help you develop effective coping strategies and improve your overall quality of life. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, or other mental health challenges, I’m here to offer you personalized support in a comfortable and confidential online environment. Let’s work together to promote your well-being and foster a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, empathetic, and highly collaborative. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to serve as your guide and partner. Our work together begins with a thorough and compassionate assessment, where I take the time to truly listen and understand your unique experiences, challenges, and goals. From there, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that resonates with you. This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach; it's a dynamic partnership where your input is valued every step of the way.
