Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have over a decade of experience helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful change. I earned my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Family-Based Treatment (FBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, my goal is to provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to balance empathy with thoughtful challenges, helping clients build insight while also learning skills they can use in their everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong foundation for our work together. I’ll take time to learn about what brings you to therapy, your personal history and experiences, the strengths you already possess, and the goals you would like to work toward.

I understand that starting therapy can sometimes feel unfamiliar or overwhelming, so I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process and what you can expect from our work together. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and informed. Together, we’ll begin identifying the areas you would like to focus on and develop a path forward that feels meaningful and tailored to your needs.
