Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a collaboration, an honest, safe space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk in the door. My goal is to help you find clarity, strength, and connection in the places that matter most: within yourself and in your relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based practices, while staying flexible to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. I aim to bring warmth, authenticity, and practical tools into every session so that you can make meaningful progress both inside and outside the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in community settings where I learned that growth often begins with simply being heard and understood. I bring that perspective into every session, meeting you where you are, without judgment, and walking beside you as you move toward where you want to be.
