Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your mood, stress, focus, or emotional ups and downs, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with people who are dealing with things like anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance challenges, and mood changes that make everyday life harder than it should be. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe real progress happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to take small, meaningful steps forward.

My approach to therapy

I see you as the expert on your life, and my role is to guide and support you with the right tools and options. I use a mix of practical talk-based strategies and, when appropriate, medication support, always tailored to your needs and comfort level. I focus on what works in real life, not just in theory. Together, we build a simple, clear plan to help you stabilize your mood, improve daily functioning, and feel more in control. I’m collaborative, straightforward, and compassionate, and I make sure you understand your options so we can make decisions as a team.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you want to see change. I’ll ask questions to understand your history and your goals, and you’ll have plenty of time to share your story in your own words. By the end, you can expect more clarity about what’s happening, what support could look like, and what our next steps will be. Most clients leave feeling relieved, understood, and encouraged that a workable plan is in place.
