Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I have extensive experiences in addressing anxiety, depression, college mental health, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment/life transitions. Additionally, I have worked with many Asian/Asian American individuals, international students, and immigrants. My own cross-cultural experience, along with extensive training in multicultural counseling, have enhanced my attunement to the impact of social, cultural, political, and historical contexts on individuals' level of distress.

My approach to therapy

I provide evidence-based and culturally sensitive services, integrating multiple approaches in my work, including mindfulness, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

What you can expect from me

Most importantly, I aim to collaborate with you in establishing a safe therapeutic relationship. Many of our sufferings stem from chronic disconnection—from others and from ourselves. With safety and trust, healing can begin. If you believe that my experience and skills could be beneficial to you, please feel free to reach out.
