Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Barb and I have 35+ years of experience treating adults with trauma, as well as seniors with dementia and alzheimers.

I love what I do and enjoy meeting new people. I've been a single mom for many years, having adopted a girl from China as a single parent. I've worked in early childhood and with Adams 12 schools.

My approach to therapy

I focus on listening to what the client is most upset about and important to them, while making my own clinical assessments to be added. The goal is to work together to reduce symptoms.

What you can expect from me

A lot of listening and a lot of questions! In a safe place.
