Great to meet you!

The moment you decide to reach out is already a turning point, even when it doesn't feel that way yet. I work with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and struggles with food and body image. My focus is on helping you understand yourself more clearly so you can draw on the strengths you already have, rather than feeling defined by what feels hard right now. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and leave sessions with a clearer sense of what they want and how to move toward it.

My approach to therapy

Together, we look at the patterns that keep showing up in your life and figure out what is driving them. I bring a practical, grounded approach to our work: we identify what is already working for you and build from there. Whether you are sitting with grief, managing anxiety, working through depression, or trying to shift your relationship with food, we focus on real strategies you can actually use in your daily life. I also work with couples who want to communicate more clearly and feel more connected. My goal is for every session to leave you with something concrete, whether that is a new way of seeing things, a tool that fits your life, or simply the relief of feeling genuinely heard.

What you can expect from me

Our first conversation is mostly about getting to know you and understanding what has brought you here. There is no script or agenda beyond making sure you feel comfortable and that this feels like the right fit. If you are ready to take that next step, I would love to connect. Reaching out is the hardest part, and you have already done it.
