Barbara earned her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley State College in 2002 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2005. She is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and has been working with children and families for over 20 years.
Barbara is trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, EMDR, and parent coaching. She has extensive experience supporting children and families navigating trauma, attachment challenges, ADHD, oppositional defiant behaviors, and concerns related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Barbara is deeply passionate about helping children and families heal, grow, and experience meaningful change.
