One of the ways I help is to bring Hope back into your life and increase emotional intelligence that is a crucial skill for personal growth and success through self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. If you are struggling in these chaotic times, life transitions, grief, or mental health disorders, please contact me. I am an exceptional listener, compassionate and empathic, and I am very easy to talk to. I believe that you are in charge or your health care, and often know what works for you, and if not, we will work together to identify how to help you succeed in therapy and your life's happiness. You will have complete transparency when working with me.
When someone is going through loss—whether from death, dementia, life transitions, or complicated family dynamics—therapy becomes a space to slow down and truly feel. I can help by normalizing grief in all its forms, creating room for both sadness and relief, anger and love. Together, we can process painful emotions, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and gently build coping tools that support healing. Grief isn’t something to “fix”—it’s something to move through with support, understanding, and care. I have experience and special training and/or certifications in the following: Dementia Certified Specialist, which allows me to provide education, emotional and psychosocial support for patients, families, and their caregivers; Grief Support Specialist; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, talk therapy, & mindfulness for many mental health disorders.
