Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Barbara, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions.

As the founder of Supportive Reflections, LLC, I create a warm, client-led, and empowering space where you can explore your emotions, gain insight, and move toward healing. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and person-centered techniques to help you build resilience and regain balance in your life.

With my background in hospice care, I bring a unique understanding of grief, loss, and caregiving, allowing me to support clients facing deep life changes with empathy and care.

I offer virtual therapy to individuals throughout Florida, and I provide services in both English and Spanish. If you're ready to begin your journey toward self-discovery and healing, I would be honored to work with you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, client-led, and empowering. I integrate a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and person-centered techniques to support each individual’s unique journey. I believe in creating a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they explore their emotions, process experiences, and move toward healing. My background in hospice care also brings a deep understanding of grief, loss, and caregiving to my work.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain insight, build resilience, and feel more balanced and empowered in their lives. My goal is to help individuals develop tools for managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions while feeling deeply supported in the process. Whether we’re navigating grief, exploring identity, or working through difficult life changes, I strive to foster self-discovery and meaningful growth in every session.
