Great to meet you!

When stress starts to build, it can affect more than just your day-to-day life. It can impact your mood, your energy, and your relationships. I work with adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and burnout. Many of my clients are used to juggling responsibilities, caring for others, and pushing through difficult seasons until they realize they're no longer feeling like themselves. You might feel constantly overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or like you can’t fully “turn off” your mind. At the same time, stress can begin to show up in your relationships through miscommunication, distance, or frustration, making it harder to feel connected and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful change. Together, we work on managing stress, improving communication, and building healthier patterns both individually and within your relationship. I help clients develop practical tools to feel more balanced, present, and in control.

What you can expect from me

Many clients begin to feel more clear, more connected, and less overwhelmed as they learn how to navigate stress in a different way. Whether you’re working individually or as a couple, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence and stability.
