Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying more than your share, and many people come to me feeling overloaded, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Professional Certified Coach, I help individuals regain clarity, rebuild confidence, and create healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.

I work with people who carry a lot on their shoulders and are ready for a healthier, more sustainable way forward. I specialize in conflict, assertiveness, self‐esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, parenting struggles, dysfunctional patterns, life transitions, work stress, health challenges, and loss.

My counseling is unique to each individual. I blend evidence‐based therapeutic techniques with my coaching background to create a structured, practical, and growth‐focused experience. Every session builds on the last, and you’ll receive personalized homework designed to keep your progress moving between sessions. Clients often tell me they appreciate that our work is not just reflective — it creates real momentum.

My work centers on helping clients break long‐standing patterns, rebuild resilience, restore confidence, and move forward with renewed purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll explore the narratives and patterns shaping your life so you can understand what’s been holding you back and begin building healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I integrate strategies that strengthen emotional intelligence, assertiveness, boundary‐setting, conflict resolution, and personal insight. You’ll gain tools that support clearer communication, healthier relationships, and more confident decision‐making.

Therapy with me is both reflective and action‐oriented — a space where insight leads to movement, and movement leads to lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a place to breathe, feel understood, and begin regaining your footing. We’ll talk about what feels overwhelming or stuck, clarify your goals, and identify the patterns you’re ready to shift. You’ll leave with a sense of direction and the reassurance that you’re not facing things alone.

Behind you are the challenges you’ve already met. Before you lie new possibilities. Today, you choose the direction of your life. This is the beginning of meaningful forward movement. I’m committed to supporting you with clarity and steadiness as you take the next steps in your growth.
