Great to meet you!

My training as a licensed professional counselor provides me with the experience, clinical skills, and compassion to work with each individual at their pace and address issues that each client defines as most important to their quality of life.

As a counselor at the Wendt Center for Loss and Healing in the RECOVER program, I worked with families in the process of identifying a loved one. This profound experience informs my private practice today. I embrace all experiences and expressions.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative approach based on client strengths and resiliency. The therapeutic process is constructed to develop effective coping techniques and strategies for the stressors of today's crisis. This framework supports the clients in learning how to create a coping and skills toolbox to meet life's challenges today and in the future.

What you can expect from me

I believe in a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to life and my therapy practice. I believe you are the expert on your life. I will be a strong ally and compassionate clinician.
