In our first session, you can expect to relax and supportive conversation where I’m getting to know you and what brings you in. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what’s feeling most important to you right now, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions to understand your history of patterns, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once.
You could also expect me being engaged and honest, I may begin to gently point out patterns or offer initial thoughts, so you can start to feel some direction right away. By the end of the session, I will be getting identifying goals and next so you can leave with a sense of clarity and where we’re headed.
