Great to meet you!

If you have been feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed by relationship or family conflict, or weighed down by grief, loss, or intimacy concerns, you do not have to carry it alone. For 35 years, I have helped people navigate these challenges, including military families facing active duty and retirement transitions. I also bring a strong sense of fairness that helps me connect with clients making sense of hurt and confusion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open, supportive, and grounded in honest conversation. I want our sessions to feel like a space where you can say what is really on your mind, feel respected, and not worry about being judged. I draw from talk therapy, relationship focused work, and family therapy. If faith is important to you, we can also include your religious or spiritual beliefs in our work together.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling heard, steadier, and more hopeful, with a clearer sense of what has been weighing on you and what to do next. In our first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, the kind of support you are looking for, and what you would like to feel different in your life so you leave feeling comfortable, listened to, and encouraged.
