Great to meet you!

I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work in 2012 and have spent more than a decade supporting clients in home, office, and hospital settings. These experiences help me recognize how stress, loss, and change show up in everyday life. Whether you are facing a crisis, a major transition, or ongoing anxiety, we will work together to find care that truly fits your current season and needs.

My approach to therapy

I am a strengths based therapist who meets you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure to be anywhere else. Together, we will uncover the skills, values, and resources you already have and build on them with intention. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical, focused on what feels manageable, supportive, and realistic for you right now, both during and between sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we can meet in person or via telehealth, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you. I will complete a social assessment and invite you to share your story, concerns, and hopes for therapy. From there, we will create clear, achievable goals and a treatment plan so you leave with a sense of direction, relief, and steady support as you move forward.
