Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

You are welcome here. With over 30 years of experience supporting individuals through loss, life transitions, and recovery, I bring both professional expertise and deep compassion to the work I do. I’m passionate about helping adults find healing and meaning after experiences of grief, trauma, and major change.

My career has included decades of service in community and correctional settings, where I’ve walked alongside people navigating some of life’s hardest moments. Those experiences have shaped my belief that healing happens through connection, courage, and the willingness to begin again. Clients often describe me as grounding, kind, and insightful — someone who meets them where they are with both honesty and care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, warm, and deeply person-centered. I believe each person’s story matters, and together we’ll explore ways to rebuild strength, peace, and self-understanding. Whether you’re coping with grief, adjusting to life transitions, or rediscovering who you are after loss, I provide a supportive space where you can reflect, heal, and grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about creating safety and connection. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and begin identifying gentle steps forward. You can expect to leave feeling heard, understood, and supported — with a sense of clarity and hope for the path ahead. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, peaceful, and meaningful.
