I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming. So I meet you where you're at and start by listening closely, nonjudgmentally to your story. This helps us build trust & rapport. My approach blends counseling with coaching to support you holistically—emotionally, mentally, and professionally. I help you understand what holds you back & keeps you overwhelmed or stuck. I offer practical tools you can use in your daily life.

You get the benefit of my 25 years of experience working with high‐potential, high-achieving professionals & leaders navigating stress, burnout, conflict with employees/team members or the pressure to “hold everything together” while quietly struggling.

I create a space where you can pause, feel understood, and explore what’s happening, without judgment. At the same time, you will get clear guidance, insight, and strategies that help you build emotional resilience, strengthen communication, set boundaries, and make meaningful changes.

I draw from what research says works best and years of experience in healthcare leadership, leadership coaching, and organizational development. My approach blends counseling with leadership coaching to support high-potential leaders & high‐performing professionals who are navigating intense pressure, constant responsibility & the expectation to always “have it together.” I help you understand your internal world—your response to stress, thoughts, beliefs, mindsets, attitudes, and emotions—keeping you overwhelmed or stuck. I also offer practical tools you can use immediately. Because coaching and counseling can cause vulnerability, I try to remain warm yet direct, and supportive yet challenging. I create a space where you can talk openly without judgment. At the same time, I offer clear guidance, insight, and strategies that help you strengthen your communication skills, boundary-setting, stress management skills, and leadership capabilities. This helps you lead more confidently, with stronger emotional intelligence, resilience, and calm composure.

Because of my own background in leadership and organizational development, I understand what it takes to manage teams, navigate workplace dynamics & carry the emotional weight/responsibility of leadership. Additional training, research AND experience allows me to rewire your thinking at a subconscious level, which enables you to let go of self-defeating mindsets and create sustainable change.

But, our first conversation gives you that room to breathe, reflect & speak honestly about what’s been weighing on you—without needing to be “on,” polished, or pressured to solve problems.

We’ll start by exploring what brought you here and what you’re hoping to change. Many leaders come in feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in mind sets that no longer serve them—whether that’s people‐pleasing, perfectionism, playing the "Hero" to the point of emotional exhaustion, or pressure to maintain complete composure. You don’t need to be perfect here. I’ll guide the conversation with curiosity and respect, helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

Because I blend counseling and coaching, you’ll experience both insight and practical strategy. We’ll look at the internal factors—stress, beliefs, past experiences, emotions—as well as the external realities of your role, workload, workplace relationships, and environment.

I’ll share observations, ask forward-moving questions & help you identify what you need right now to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. After each session, you'll have a clearer sense of your goals & the direction to take to meet them!
