Great to meet you!

If you’ve been through trauma, addiction, domestic violence, or a major life transition, you may feel worn down from always being on alert, trying to keep it together, or carrying everything alone. I help clients feel steadier, more grounded, and more in control of their emotions and daily lives. I’m a trauma-informed therapist with 13 years of experience, including 11 years supporting prison and parole populations as they rebuild safety, stability, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I move at a pace that feels manageable for you, with close attention to your lived experience, and I help you understand what’s happening in both your mind and body so therapy feels useful rather than overwhelming. I use Reality Therapy, EMDR, and Clinical Hypnotherapy to build emotional clarity, strengthen regulation skills, and support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more steady, understood, and better able to meet life as it comes. Together, we’ll build practical tools for emotional regulation, strengthen your confidence in coping, and create a clearer path forward. In our first session, we’ll talk about what you’ve been carrying, what feels most urgent, and what healing, safety, or stability would look like for you.
