Great to meet you!

My goal is to provide an environment where people feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported as they move toward the life they want to create. My work is grounded in years of clinical training, personal healing, and a deep belief that people can grow far beyond what their circumstances have taught them to expect. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in nursing and later returned to school to earn degrees in Social Work and Counseling. Along the way, I went through my own seasons of loss, transition, and rebuilding. Those experiences shaped the way I show up for others. I specialize in trauma, addiction, relationship patterns, and the emotional aftereffects of life transitions. I am licensed in both Florida and Tennessee and offer therapy to adults in person (TN only) and through telehealth (TN & FL).

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, intuitive, and grounded in Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed care. I listen closely to the stories people carry and look for the patterns that keep them stuck, especially those rooted in early experiences that continue to echo through adult relationships. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you — it’s about uncovering the parts of you that learned to survive and helping them shift into roles that support your growth. I walk beside my clients at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Whether we’re doing traditional weekly sessions or deeper, experiential work, my aim is to help you reconnect with your most authentic self and create meaningful change from the inside out.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to slow down and explore what brings you in, what feels heavy, and what you hope your life could look like with the right support. We’ll talk about what you want to change and what you’re ready to carry differently. Some people come in simply wanting to tell their story; others are eager to begin the deeper work right away. Both are welcome. Therapy moves at the pace of your nervous system, not a timeline. Change can feel uncomfortable at first, but when it’s done with safety, compassion, and honest guidance, it becomes the doorway to something better. My role is to walk beside you — not pull, not push — and help you reach the other side of whatever you’re facing.
