I am a person-centered, holistically trained counselor who works primarily with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of therapy. I connect deeply with my clients, meeting them where they are at in their journey, ensuring they feel safe and held in the counseling relationship, and working with both mind and body.
Using the IFS model, I guide client’s toward greater self-awareness of their “parts” with a goal of achieving a sense of harmony and balance within their internal system.
