Great to meet you!

I graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology and earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health field as a psychiatric hospital inpatient social worker, emergency room mental health crisis clinician and outpatient mental heath therapist.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct and supportive. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify how thought patterns affect emotions and behaviors. We will work together to set goals at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

What you can expect from me

The first meeting is an intake session during which we focus on obtaining information, reviewing administrative tasks and and establishing a relationship. This is done in a non-judgmental, safe and confidential environment.
