Hi, I'm Dr. Barbara Moore. I have been a psychotherapist for more than 20 years. My clinical focus has been on personality disorders, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I hold an MSSW from Columbia University and a PhD in Social Welfare from Case Western Reserve University. I did my clinical internship and postdoctoral work at Yale University School of Medicine. I hope I can be there to support you on your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, Seeking Safety, and Prolonged Exposure. My style is warm and direct.
