Great to meet you!

I have always felt a profound urge to help others—a drive that has evolved into a lifelong passion for supporting people through their most difficult emotional seasons. Although I initially earned a bachelor’s degree in business management, years in unfulfilling roles led me back to my true calling. Witnessing the struggles of those around me, I recognized a deep need for empathetic listeners who truly understand the human journey. This realization drove me to pivot my career, and I have since gained extensive experience working with diverse populations.

My approach to therapy

With a compassionate, humanistic approach, I offer a non-judgmental space for you to share your story and process your emotions. My goal is to provide a safe environment filled with grace, supporting you through every step of your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

I utilize an integrative framework tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing primarily from humanistic, person-centered, and solution-focused modalities. To support growth between sessions, I may incorporate 'homework' assignments as a collaborative way to monitor progress and reinforce therapeutic goals.
