Great to meet you!

I am an LISW-CP with over 20 years of experience supporting people when life is challenging. Whether you are struggling with a childhood trauma or are going through a current life transition, I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, process your feelings, and be genuinely supported and understood. My approach is person-centered. We will use mindfulness, trauma informed therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT techniques and more. My approach is also person-directed. We will connect and check in as we work together, making sure this journey is centered on you and your needs.

What you can expect from me

At our first session, you can expect to be met with genuine kindness and curiosity. We will talk about your reasons for choosing therapy and what changes you want to experience in your life.
