Great to meet you!

I work with high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted—even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. Many of the people I work with are managing stress, overthinking, or feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and high-stress life transitions.

I have experience working with law enforcement, military members, first responders, and victims of crime, as well as individuals navigating the court system. As someone with prior service experience, I understand the unique stressors these roles can bring.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with attachment-based and solution-focused strategies. I take an honest and direct approach in therapy, with a focus on real change—helping you identify patterns, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy with me is collaborative, structured when needed, and always tailored to your specific goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you want to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions to get a clear picture of your current challenges and help you start identifying patterns and areas we can work on.

You can expect a supportive but direct approach, along with practical feedback and initial tools you can begin using right away.
