Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy takes courage, and my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and stress. My background includes psychotherapy in a variety of settings, leading DBT skills training for mental health professionals, and specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and the Gottman Method. I work collaboratively with clients to build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and live with greater resilience, connection, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and supported enough to try something new. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop skills that create lasting change. I tailor therapy to each person's unique goals, values, and life experiences.

What you can expect from me

Finding the right therapist is an important step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful, lasting change. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll spend time learning about what brings you to therapy, what's most important to you, and what you hope will be different in your life. Together we'll begin identifying goals and develop a plan that feels manageable and meaningful. Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, hopeful, and with a clearer sense of the path forward.
