Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself without judgment, pressure, or feeling like you need to have everything figured out.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, motherhood, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. Many of the clients I work with struggle with people pleasing, burnout, self-doubt, feeling emotionally exhausted, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I value creating a genuine connection with my clients while helping them better understand themselves, process difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving through life.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am trained in EMDR and certified in Perinatal Mental Health, allowing me to support individuals through trauma-related experiences, pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, identity shifts, and the emotional challenges that can come with different seasons of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin understanding yourself on a deeper level. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and EMDR to help clients better understand patterns, regulate emotions, build coping skills, and work through experiences that continue to impact their daily lives.

I also believe healing happens through feeling seen, understood, and emotionally safe within the therapeutic relationship. Whether we are processing trauma, navigating anxiety, adjusting to motherhood, exploring relationship patterns, or working through life transitions, my goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really a chance for us to get to know one another and talk about what’s been going on in your life, what’s been feeling difficult, and what support you’re looking for moving forward. My goal is not for you to feel interrogated or pressured to share everything at once. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and comfortable.

We’ll spend time exploring the challenges, stressors, or experiences that may be impacting you and begin identifying what you would like to focus on in therapy. We’ll also discuss your goals, any questions you may have, and what support may look like moving forward.

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can finally exhale, feel heard, and talk openly without feeling judged. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the process ahead.
