Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Air Force veteran who believes therapy should be a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. My style is supportive, straightforward, and collaborative, and I meet clients where they are while also encouraging growth and accountability. I draw from approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy to help clients better understand patterns, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. I have extensive experience working with veterans and individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction and recovery, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, straightforward, and collaborative, while also encouraging personal growth and accountability. Together, we identify goals that are meaningful to you, such as improving relationships, managing emotions, building confidence, strengthening recovery, processing trauma, or developing healthier coping skills. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and leave therapy with practical tools you can use in everyday life.
