Great to meet you!

Hello. It is so nice to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia with over 23 years of working experience. My experience includes working with clients who need help with anxiety, depression. stress management, anger management, grief management, and self-esteem issues. M belief is that everyone should be treating with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. If you decide to work with me, I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered approach and strive to create an environment in which you will feel safe and comfortable working with me. The most common theoretical approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). However, the theoretical approaches I use will depend on which ones work best for you.

What you can expect from me

My first session with you

The initial session will give us an opportunity to get to know each other. I strive to create a safe and secure environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing your story with me. I will help you to set goals based on what you want to achieve and will provide you with ongoing support with obtaining your goals. If you think I am a good match for you, future sessions will be scheduled based on times that are convenient for you.
