Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are thoughtful, caring adults who work hard to hold everything together yet still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of their worth. You might find yourself striving to be perfect, worrying about disappointing others, or feeling anxious in dating and relationships. Maybe you’re tired of second‐guessing yourself or feeling “too much” or “not enough.” If any of this resonates, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep navigating it by yourself.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I offer a warm, steady space where you can slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I integrate ACT and CBT to help you build practical tools for managing anxiety and shifting unhelpful patterns. I also draw from client‐centered and attachment-focused therapy to explore the deeper relational experiences that shape how you see yourself and how you show up with others.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and never judged. During our first few sessions, we'll get to know each other, explore what's bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped how you see yourself.
