Great to meet you!

You will find me to be friendly, positive, and welcoming. Creating a safe and non-judgmental space is always my priority, no matter your age or what you are going through. With over 20 years of experience, I have worked with children, teens, and adults facing a wide variety of challenges.

My background includes extensive work in trauma recovery with children, and I also specialize in Play Therapy. I have experience supporting clients with PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and many other concerns. What matters most is that you feel supported and encouraged as you take steps toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

Building a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation of my work. I want clients to feel safe, respected, and confident that what they share in session will remain private. Together, we set goals that feel meaningful, and I check in regularly to make sure therapy is meeting your needs as you grow and change.

Depending on what works best for each person, I may use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, or traditional Talk Therapy. My goal is always to meet you where you are and provide the tools and support that fit your unique situation.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for sessions to feel like a safe space where you are treated with respect and acceptance. You can expect the freedom to explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that helps you gain deeper insight into yourself and your behaviors.

Over time, therapy can open the door to learning healthier coping skills, new perspectives, and practical tools that make life feel more manageable and fulfilling. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and more confident in your ability to handle life’s challenges.
