I am a Nurse Practitioner (Family & PMHNP) that provides holistic care focusing on weight loss coaching, medical weight loss, and medication management in depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I completed my undergraduate studies and Doctorate in Nursing Practice-Family Nurse Practitioner from Pacific Lutheran University. I then went on to complete my PMHNP through the University of Cincinnati. I have also received my Certificate of Advanced Education from Obesity Medicine Association.
