Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP), I help clients navigate their emotional experiences by listening deeply to their stories and exploring how and when symptoms arise. Through my clinical training, I identify patterns and uncover triggers—often rooted in past experiences or core beliefs—that may be influencing current challenges.

In our work together, we slow down and approach these moments with curiosity and compassion. This process fosters greater self-awareness and opens the door to meaningful change, healing, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I draw from psychodynamic and person-centered therapy, which means I focus on understanding the deeper roots of your struggles while also creating a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I work to build trust and connection with every client.

Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—including intensive outpatient programs, residential treatment centers, and for the past nine years, in private practice. Each of those experiences has shaped how I show up as a therapist. They’ve taught me to be flexible, grounded, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique path.

What you can expect from me

When we first meet, I take time to understand your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, and I’ll ask some questions to get a full picture of your emotional and mental health. It’s a relaxed conversation designed to help you feel comfortable and heard.

Progress can look different for everyone. Sometimes it’s feeling more in control of your emotions, improving relationships, or learning new coping strategies. We’ll set goals together and check in regularly to make sure you’re moving in the direction that feels right for you. I work well with adults who are navigating trauma, grief, mood disorders, or life transitions. I especially enjoy helping people who are ready to explore deeper emotional patterns and want to build healthier ways of coping. If you're open to the process and willing to grow, we’ll likely be a good fit.
