Great to meet you!

My mission is to inspire you live your best life. During our session, it is your time, and I come from a non-judgemental place.

Our past does not define us. I do not believe because someone has been hurt that they are permanently damaged or destined to a life of suffering.

Together we wil look for ways to help you rediscover a natural state of inner peace. Whatever that means for you.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic focus comes from a Person Centered approach. My practice is designed to help clients find balance, purpose and meaning in their life. Together we can explore ways to help capitalize on both your strengths and weaknesses.

In our time together, we will use what ever modalities is appropriate for your needs, I do not have a set agenda.

What you can expect from me

I help adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions find practical ways to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control. My goal is for you to leave session in a better place than where we started. If something has taken you off course we can work together to regain your inner peace.

The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away." - William Shakespeare
