Barbara Smith-Jordan

I am a License Professional Counselor and a License Chemical Counselor. I am passionate, motivated, and interested in happy others. I am ex-military, an ex-dual military, and a dependent wife with children. I have experience with helping with military issues, depression, parenting issues, marriage counseling, individual sessions, anxiety, grief, trauma, drug abuse, PTSD, bipolar, borderline personality, and other mental health disorders. I am doing Zoom and tele counseling at the time.

I have an eclectic approach being no one person is the same. I assess each client and work with the client on the treatment that is best for them. My overall approach is person centered.

Client will listen to and heard, and we will come up with a treatment plan together.
